“‘Come along Pond’ wasn’t invented by me at all it was invented by Matt. ‘Cause he used to, probably still does, call Karen ‘Pond’ all the time. So on the day that we were shooting the photographs of their outfits for the very first time and they were moving to get photographs of the very first shots of them in costume, he turned to Karen and said ‘Come along, Pond.’” - Steven Moffat
